By accessing or using StyleJ.AI services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. This agreement applies to all visitors, clients, and users.
Description of Services
StyleJ.AI offers AI-driven marketing solutions, including but not limited to:
- AI customer support automation
- Google Review Management
- Inbound call support automation
- Intelligent appointment scheduling
- Custom website design with lead capture
- AI SEO — ranking on Google & AI platforms
- GoHighLevel CRM setup and configuration
- Marketing workflow automation
StyleJ.AI retains the right to modify or discontinue any offering with reasonable notice.
Client Responsibilities
As a client or user of our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information at all times
- Protect your account credentials and keep them confidential
- Use our services only for lawful purposes
- Refrain from reverse-engineering, copying, or distributing our proprietary systems
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account
Payment Terms
- Invoices are due within 14 days of issue.
- Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month on outstanding balances.
- Services may be suspended after 30 days of non-payment.
- Fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Intellectual Property
StyleJ.AI retains ownership of all materials, systems, and deliverables until full payment is received. Upon settlement, specified deliverables transfer to the client. Clients may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our proprietary systems without prior written authorisation.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect proprietary and sensitive information shared during the engagement. These confidentiality obligations continue after the termination of any service agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided "as is" without guarantees of any kind. Results from AI-powered marketing services may vary and are not guaranteed. StyleJ.AI makes no warranty that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet any specific performance target.
Termination
- Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice.
- StyleJ.AI may terminate immediately in the event of a material breach.
- Clients remain liable for all fees accrued up to the termination date.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which StyleJ.AI operates. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or the applicable courts of that jurisdiction.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
