3. Client Responsibilities

As a client or user of our services, you agree to:

›Provide accurate and complete information when engaging with our services
›Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials provided to you
›Use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws
›Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of our proprietary systems
›Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in the individual service agreement or proposal provided to each client. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

›Invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date
›Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month on outstanding balances
›We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts more than 30 days overdue
›All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific service agreement

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, designs, software, and materials created by StyleJ.AI remain the intellectual property of StyleJ.AI until full payment has been received. Upon receipt of full payment, deliverables specified in the service agreement are transferred to the client.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary systems, templates, or methodologies without prior written consent.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, business strategies, or client data shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StyleJ.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client to StyleJ.AI in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Results from AI-powered marketing services may vary and are not guaranteed. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately in cases of material breach, non-payment, or conduct that violates these Terms.

Upon termination, you remain responsible for all fees incurred up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which StyleJ.AI operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify clients of material changes via email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
